Guest Video Blog: Freddie Spencer On A Controversial Race In Argentina, in association with Motor Sport Magazine, is proud to feature the rider insights of 1983 and 1985 500cc world champion Freddie Spencer. After every MotoGP race, Fast Freddie will share what he saw and learned from the race.

For his home Grand Prix, Freddie Spencer spends a little more time than usual talking about the race in this week's video blog. Spencer starts off on the subject of Austin, and the Circuit of the Americas track. Fast Freddie explains how bumps can arise in a circuit, and he sympathizes with the riders' complaints about Austin, despite being a fan of the facility.

After a few words of praise for newly minted MotoGP Legend Randy Mamola, Freddie Spencer examines how Marc Marquez and Valentino Rossi approached the aftermath of the Argentina round. He discusses qualifying, the incident between Marc Marquez and Maverick Viñales, and what effect the stiffer penalities will have on the sport.

Spencer then turns his attention to the race, and looks at how Marc Marquez dominated. He has words for the Yamaha riders, and for Andrea Iannone, and takes a quick look at the star-crossed Jorge Lorenzo.

For more insights from Freddie Spencer, his autobiography Feel: My Story is currently on sale.

The transcript of Freddie Spencer's video blog can be found on the Motor Sport Magazine website.
