Happy Holidays And A Fantastic New Year To Our Readers

With the holiday season upon us, the world of motorcycle racing has entered its annual period of hibernation. There is very little going on in terms of MotoGP or WorldSBK, riders, teams, and factories all spending time with their families.

So it is for me, and all of the staff at MotoMatters.com as well. Over the coming week or so, MotoMatters.com will be on a minor hiatus, with content on the site very limited. We will be taking some time off to recover from what has been another fantastic year of motorcycle racing. Some features are still in the pipeline, including our ratings for the performance of all of the MotoGP riders, as well as a look at the other outstanding riders of 2016.

There is still time to get your 2017 MotoMatters Racing Calendar. Shipping has now started, so orders already placed are on their way. There are still plenty left, so make sure you snag your copy of this invaluable race planning tool, featuring the stunning photography of Scott Jones of PhotoGP and MotoMatters.com.

If you have enjoyed the coverage of MotoGP and WorldSBK over the course of 2016, please consider supporting us financially. If you value the thoughtful journalism and analysis which we aim to provide at MotoMatters.com, you can ensure we can continue and try to improve in 2017 by taking out a subscription. Our subscribers / site supporters are the lifeblood of the site, and the foundation upon which it is built. You may also consider giving us a donation, either via the Donations page or our Gofundme page.

So thank you all once again for supporting us, and for reading us throughout the year. Wishing you Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy Hannukah, Happy Kwanzaa - whatever you celebrate, may it be a time of warmth and joy. And here's looking forward to another fantastic season of motorcycle racing in 2017.
