2020 Emilia-Romagna MotoE FP1 Result: Granado Strikes Back

MotoE returns to Misano for their first double header of the season and Eric Granado seems eager to make up for his E-pole mistake last time out. The Brazilian topped FP1 but his gap to Xavier Simeon was less than three hundredths of a second. Championship leader Dominique Aegerter started the session in the lead before slipping down to third but only a tenth and a half off the leaders. Master of Misano Mattia Ferrari closely followed the Swiss rider, with Mike Di Meglio rounding out the top five positions.

2020 Misano MotoE FP3 Result: Ferrari Steps Up

The MotoE class had their last practice session on the fresh surface of Misano and reigning champion Matteo Ferrari set himself apart by half a second halfway through proceedings. Although the gap was reduced by Eric Granado to only a tenth and a half, the Italian remained fastest, with Xavier Simeon third. Jordi Torres in fourth was half a second down on the leader, while Lukas Tulovic rounded out the top ten. Championship leader Dominique Aegerter finished the morning 10th, almost a second slower than Ferrari.

2020 Misano MotoE FP2 Result: Granado Resumes Control

The final action of day 1 in Misano came from the MotoE class, where Eric Granado was back in charge of proceedings, although his advantage was only three hundredths of a second on reigning champion Matteo Ferrari. FP1 leader Alex de Angelis kept close in third position, with championship leader Dominique Aegerter another couple of tenths back in fourth. After leading the session early on, Mattia Casadei rounded out the top five, half a second off top spot.

2020 Misano MotoE FP1 Result: De Angelis Leads At His Home Track

Italians lead the way after the first session of free practice, Alex De Angelis topping the timesheets from Mattia Casadei and Matteo Ferrari. The Man From San Marino was a quarter of a second faster than Casadei, who had Ferrari hot on his heels, just thirteen thousandths of a second slower than him. Eric Granado was fifth quickest, while Dominique Aegerter, back from Moto2 duties replacing Jesko Raffin in the NTS RW Racing Team, was fifth quickest. The top ten were covered by just 1 second.

2020 Austria Moto3 FP1 Result: Arbolino Takes Advantage Of Dry Conditions

With the Red Bull Ring scheduled to provide unpredictable weather over the first race weekend in Spielberg, lightweight class riders knew that a dry FP1 could prove essential for qualifying. Tony Arbolino took the most advantage of the conditions to claim the top of the timesheets on his penultimate flying lap, almost three tenths of a second faster than late improver John McPhee. Jaume Masia and Celestino Vietti came next, as the final men to post a time within half a second of the leader, while Niccolo Antonelli completed the top five.
