On a completely observational note, and as minimally opinionated as possible, I can't help but say that the GOAT did it again...

Next week/race/month/test/year/season, detractors will dream up some new way for him to prove himself, then he'll go out there and jump through that hoop, too.

As usual. As always.

REALLY great race, by the way. Enjoyed the whole thing. I almost forgot I was watching my least favorite track, such was the spectacle...

On a sentimental/vintage note: "Rossifumi Ganbatte!"

Fantastic race. And Lorenzo would be silly not to stay put. He's got the best package, but he just happens to be racing against Valentino Rossi. He needs to stay put, bust his butt to get better, and bide his time. Spies will be a helluva huge opponent, but Jorge is GREAT, and he'd better not let the $ signs cloud his judgment...
