Man Lowes rode the wheels off
Man Lowes rode the wheels off that bike , a name to watch in the future!
Plus Marino got up to 7th from LAST!
Phillip Island WSS
How can you ask to be taken seriously - let alone for donations - when you post a headline like "2011 WSS Phillip Island Race 1 Result: Thriller Produces Insanely Tight Finish" yet it's obvious you didn't watch the race. Three top ten riders retired with flat tyres! Fabien Foret rode with shredded fingers and a broken back. Do the job properly, or don't bother.
Headlines
I have a very strict rule on avoiding spoilers in headlines - something which is actually surprisingly difficult to do. I thought a long time about that headline, not wanting to give away who retired (I had a similar problem for the World Superbike races).
If you don't think I do a very good job, I believe there are other websites available which cover the world of motorcycle racing.
Thanks David
Yes, I had to wait untill Tuesday night to watch that Awesome Supersport race.
I waited untill today to read the articles because of that reason.

Notso-bright onbrezzy:
Obviously you are new here, as you have no idea of what you speak. This site is cherished and contributed to by some of the finest in MotoGP. Please look through the archives and if you still hold that opinion, I think there is little here for you and you might best move on to other sites.
Obvious much?
Its blatantly obvious that its an anti-spoiler.
Go to http://www.worldsbk.com/ in future
Flat tyres anyone?
I am very interested in the flat-tyre thing, anyone got news on that?
To me that looked like
To me that looked like beading issues. I guess we'll find out soon enough, should make for interesting press releases.
Well done david
David great come back.. some just dont understand!
PS and thanks for keeping the web site up and running!! and are you going to all the motogp rounds again this year?
Uncompelling SBK, Amazing WSS
I was worried that WSS might be dying on the vine when the grids withered away, and with the loss of both Laverty and Sofuoglu, I wondered if WSS would survive without a complete rules overhaul. Thankfully, minor rules changes led to a starting grid of 26 bikes which is 9 or 10 more than last season IIRC. Most importantly, the racing was quite compelling despite the tire puncture issues that afflicted two of the front runners.
I was there and the 2 WSBK
I was there and the 2 WSBK races were anything but uncompelling. That Checa had the measure of the others was beyond doubt, but some of the racing for the other high positions was pretty good.
Great to see WSBK and WSS back. Now for the long drawn out wait for Motogp and there stupid night race that has to be held later than planned to accommodate chilly night time temperatures.
