2012 Miller Motorsports Park World Superbikes: Superpole Result

A dry Superpole gave us three sessions.

Results:

In Superpole 3, a last minute dash by Jakub Smrz skating on used tyres put him on top with an astounding pole position nobody was expecting yet Carlos Checa's front row start still puts him as a firm favourite for the win. Laverty didn't record a time in the third session as his bike failed on his out lap.

It certainly seems that way, even with the long straight.

Then again, the past few weekends the Ducatis have been nowhere, so it's a nice change.
