Xavier Simeon pulled the surprise of the session with only a handful of seconds left when he claimed his first-ever Moto2 pole position at the Sachsenring circuit in Germany. The Belgian rider -- who had been lingering in 12th postion immediately prior to his fast lap -- relegated to second another surprise qualifier in Jordi Torres. Pol Espargaro completed front row, pleased that his chief rival, points leader Scott Redding (8th), could only manage the third row.

The americans thinck fries are a french product, but actualy "french" fries are sort of the national meal of Belgium. Now We don't mind very much, but not everything Belgian may be seen as french : please give us back our rider and our pole position.
