Looking at the top 10 it look
Looking at the top 10 it look to me like the kalex chassis will continue to rule grid.
Overall though I'm still very pleased with Nagakami. As for Herrin I'm quite sure he'll find his rhythm though I still question caterham's choice of Suter.
true
but it looks like it might not be nearly as one sided as last year. Really hoping Jordi can keep it going, would like to see Luthi o well too! Looks like Sam made some good progress today, want to see him fighting up at the top. If he can battle Kenan and come away with a championship I can only hope he can keep it going in Moto2
I'm actually a bit disappointed with Naka, he's really gotta show something this year. Not that he had a poor season last year (quite the opposite) I just think he needs to make a BIG step this year. Especially now that Espargaro, Redding, and MM aren't there. There's no excuse for not winning at least one this year.
Dominate?
There were three Suter chassis in the top five and the difference to the top, admittedly a Kalex, was 0.001 sec, with the top four squeezed into a quarter of a second. Hardly dominant performance, in my opinion.
Statistically speaking
the Speed Up chassis has the best average position of 13.3, with the Suter averaging 15.09 and the Kalex average being 15.36. Unfortunately the Tech3 average is 22nd position. Probably quite meaningless I know, but until the lights go out for the first race it is all a guessing game.
