Jack Miller survived another end-of-race scrum to win the Le Mans grand Prix Sunday by nine-hundredths of a second. Alex Rins, who held a commanding lead in the race at one point took second with Isaac Vinales in third, another two-tenths back.
For Vinales, it marks his first podium. For Miller, it marks a return to the form that saw him win the first two races of the season. With three wins in five races, Miller (104 pts) now holds a full race lead in the championship over Romano Fenati (74 pts.) who had to retire from the race with mechanical problems.
Fenati's teammate, Francesco Bagnaia -- also a member of Valentino Rossi's SKY Racing Team VR46 -- grabbed fourth. Alex Marquez -- younger brother to MotoGP's Marc -- held on for fifth. Efren Vazquez, fast in nearly every practice and who had a shot at the win, finished sixth nearly a second back.
Enea Bastianini took seventh with John McPhee finishing eighth after qualifying in the same slot. Alex Masbou climbed back into the top 10 for the first time in three races with a ninth. Jakub Kornfeil rounded out the to ten.

Jack Miller: Future Marquez Killer?
You read it here first. :)
This kid seems to have both the talent and attitude to eventually challenge Marc Marquez, just like Stoner and Lorenzo managed to overthrow Rossi. But even if all possible stars should align in perfect order, it will take him several years to reach MotoGP.
Miller vs. Vasquez
Miller's move against Vasquez on the last lap was very dodgy, as Vasquez clearly had position on the inside. I don't blame Vasquez for being furious about it. Miller crossed the line IMO.
Gotta love Moto3
Brilliant race. Last year the Honda was clearly outgunned in a straight line by KTM. This year the reverse. Credit to Jack Miller. One of the finest and most determined rides I've seen since Marc's days in the junior classes. What's up with Mahindra, or rather down? They showed a lot of promise last year and its not that they lack talent in the seats.
