Alarming for Ducati...
So far it looks like Ducati doesn't like the new tires. Suzuki seems better though!
Hard to say...
You can not judge by laptimes, since we do not know what are riders doing. They may be not after fastest time but for race pace and/or bike testing.
Judging by comments from Iannone..Ducati likes this tires (especially rear tire grip).
