Interesting that Smith seemed to have outperformed Pol and Kalio this weekend (at Pol's home track no less). It's a shame Nakagami took him out, would have been his best finish all year.
Agreed
If the poor bugger didn’t have bad luck he’d have no luck at all. He’s been pretty much there or thereabouts with Pol’s pace this season but you wouldn’t know it from the points disparity.
People tend to write him off but he finished 6th overall in the 2015 championship, equalling Crutchlow’s best ever result on the same bike.
