can’t have their proud factory colours and hordes of serious Japanese techs there just to pedal round on the edge of the points. Ever since the beginning of the season I can’t help thinking they’re making preparations for an incoming V4 in 2020. Japanese rider(s) giving feedback, not much dialogue for the media and Moriwaki’s involvement, not to mention the curt removal of Ten Kate all suggest something’s on the horizon. 

If HRC stay at the back, well it makes no sense..

Right? Whelp, since that bike has been turning laps since 2008 and they quit on the 600 altogether one might think you make a safe assumption. I dislike that current bike. I have been thinking that they can't get anyone good on it. Looks like a holding pattern.

The BMW is about to get its "real" SBK motor. That will make 4 bikes. Next year the rules are dialed back a bit on spec. Right now 3 bikes can win a race. Not missing thd MV, but am the Aprilia. Honda finally makes a modern Superbike, and does it right? Sounds to script. And Aprilia returns.

6 rather competitive bikes sounds good to me. Nice to be past the Green Rea domination. Cheering on Yamaha. Enjoying Hickman and the BMW in ROAD Road Racing, thinking that bike is going to haul some WSBK ass soon here (nice SS win on the Triumph mate!). It has been what, 6 yrs since Honda was to come out w the class beater V4 that wasn't? Been wondering if maybe they were hibernating.

... Davies finds himself nowhere relative to his teammate. Imola may have been a fluke, particularly in light of Bautista's apparent back injury during that round. I hope I'm wrong.

Chaz has been fast there before last round. Number 7 has had at least four wins &  couple of seconds. I think Chaz likes Imola.

As far as I know Alvaro had little or no experience at Imola before WSBK went there four weeks ago.
