Sepang MotoGP Test Sunday Noon Times: Quartararo Leads Crutchlow

The final day of the test has started in ideal conditions, with cool track temperatures and almost the entire grid out on track. Fabio Quartararo is once again fastest, dipping ever closer to his pole record set at the race last year. Cal Crutchlow is second, under a tenth behind the Petronas Yamaha rider, and just ahead of Alex Rins on the Suzuki.

Pecco Bagnaia has made a leap up the standings, the Pramac Ducati rider currently fourth quickest, a few hundredths ahead of Valentino Rossi on the factory Yamaha. Danilo Petrucci has improved to sixth, just over a quarter of a second behind Quartararo, while Pol Espargaro is seventh on the KTM. Jack Miller is currently eighth, while Aleix Espargaro makes it all six MotoGP factories inside the top nine, just over a third of a second behind Quartararo.

The field is very close at the moment. There are thirteen riders inside half a second, and seventeen inside of three quarthers of a second.
